It's a satirical illustration of a Trump-like figure tumbling through rubble in front of the U.S. Capitol and Washington Monument, landing on a broken pedestal engraved with "Pride," "Lies," and "Greed" — a comment on collapse and corruption, made to work as small print or a full-size wall piece.
